Kartik (Kar) Kaushik is a Triple Board Registered Psychologist with experiences across community and hospital-based settings, working with adults, seniors, and children. He offers evidence-informed, compassionate Virtual Mental Health services to individuals across Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario.

Clinical experiences includes community psychology, acute inpatient work at Alberta Psychiatric Hospital, as well as involvement in rehabilitation and recovery-oriented programs. Areas of clinical exposure include life transitions, relationship changes, breakups, grief and loss; motor vehicle accidents, chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, and depression are also a focus.

Our care is grounded in collaboration, respect, and a genuine belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change. The practice continues to evolve and expand in response to emerging knowledge and the diverse needs of the communities it serves.

Services are offered in English, Hindi, and Urdu, with proficiency in Punjabi.
